We received our beautify crafted custom tile-framed mirror from Frank, the seller and the artist. Arrived in tip-top condition, securely packaged. Frank jumped through a lot hoops to quickly craft it according to our specs, packaged it meticulously, and shipped it to the US. He was in communication with us the whole time from design through delivery, sending us regular updates. Truly five-star product and experience!
