Every mirror I make begins with a conversation and becomes something entirely your own.
I’m Frank. I was born in Germany, trained as a scientist, and later worked as a negotiation trainer. But the urge to create with my hands never left me. Today, I live and work in Turkey, where I design and build each mirror using hand-selected travertine tiles sourced from the region. What began as a quiet creative outlet has become a way to connect through craftsmanship.
THE DESIGN
Each mirror is made using authentic Turkish travertine and aged ceramic tiles. The layout is inspired by Mediterranean and North African design — rich with earthy tones and natural textures. Whether you’re drawn to a Mediterranean mirror feel or a more timeless aesthetic, the frame is sturdy and heirloom-worthy, with just enough detail to feel handcrafted yet grand.

Want to help shape the final piece? I’ll send you multiple layout options, frame styles, and work with your input. If you prefer the one shown, I can recreate it as-is with no extra steps. You decide how involved you want to be.
WEIGHT & HANGING
Depending on size, the mirror weighs between 5 and 10 kg. It arrives ready to hang, with integrated hardware that works for vertical or horizontal mounting.
MATERIAL & CARE
Each tile is natural travertine or reclaimed ceramic, finished with a light stone oil to bring out the color. Clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid chemicals to preserve the natural surface.

Travertine has been used in Turkish architecture for centuries. You’ll find it in ancient hammams and grand mosques. Its warmth, durability, and texture carry beautifully into modern interiors. The unique grand mirror look of each piece reflects this enduring legacy.
THE PROCESS
Once you order, I prepare more tiles than needed and create three layout options for you to choose from. After you confirm your preferred design and frame, I begin final assembly. We can work through Etsy, or for faster image sharing, feel free to use WhatsApp or email — whichever you prefer.
